Cast iron - Manufactured from cast iron with a matt vitreous enamelled finish this hotplate will effectively retain heat for even cooking and is also rust proof.
Reversible - One side smooth and one side griddle. The smooth side is perfect for frying up eggs, bacon, onions or calamari while the griddle side is great for fish and vegies. The griddle side is a clever design that allows any excess oil to drain away for low-fat grilling.
Ease of use - Simply sit in the firebox in place of the existing grill.
Storage - Store in the storage compartment of the optional cart when not in use.
