Cylinder reel mower benefits - The slicing or scissor action of the sharp blade produces a higher quality cut than the slashing/chopping action of a standard rotary mower. A very crisp clean cut promotes a healthier lawn without damaging or pulling at grass blades and allows the owner a superb finish. Once the reel has cut the grass, the mower has a split steel rear roller further enhancing the finish. We recommend more regular mowing when using a cylinder mower.
