The MADSAW is the first dielectric battery-powered pole saw designed for linesmen, utility workers, and arborists. Each model sold is individually tested to meet OSHA 1910.269 for insulation for added safety.

Insulation - Specially designed for safety around working near powerlines, the MADSAW has been designed to be insulated and is the first battery-powered pole saw in the industry to do so. Each product sold is individually tested in NZ to meet OSHA 1910.269 before being made available to the client.

High performance - The 525i powerhead delivers performance that matches the petrol of hydraulic equivalent.

Removable sections - Sections can be removed for easier transportation, storage, testing, or replacement if required. Comes with 2x end lengths to accommodate the job at hand.

Couplers - Equipped with toolless aluminum couplers that can easily be tightened or loosened for assembly and pack up.

Tether point - A tether point is attached to the rear of the MADSAW for added protection and also allows it to hang in storage.

Throttle guard - Protects the user’s hands and prevents unintended throttle press.

Chain lubrication - Automatic chain lubrication with adjustable oiler and 150 mls chain oil capacity.

Harness hook - Removable hook for a harness or strap for more comfortable use and doubles as an adjustable stopper for boom mount.

Versatile use - Use in a bucket, in the tree or on the ground.

Branch spike - Metal spike underneath the chain bar for guiding the branch down or gentle freeing.
